Donated by Neighbors, Distributed by Neighbors
The United Way of Cass-Clay is the only organization in the area in which all of the funding decisions are made by community volunteers. These two committees influence the allocation of United Way gifts.
Community Investment
The Community Investment Committee conducts an annual review of agency requests for funding. Each member heads a Community Review Panel to review each program and agency thoroughly. This committee makes the final recommendation our Board of Trustees for the annual allocation of funds.

Community Review Panels
Community Review Panels review program applications submitted for funding. Panels are comprised of 5-10 community volunteers who are interested in learning more about the programs funded by United Way of Cass-Clay.
