Campaign Cabinet
The Campaign Cabinet is the leadership of the annual campaign. Members are responsible for the success of the overall annual campaign. Each member is a Division Chair or Co-chair and is responsible for the organization and operation of the specific division for which they are selected. They work closely with the Campaign Chair, Vice-Chairs and staff to monitor the specific division's status to ensure success.
Time investment: 1-3 hours per week from May-December

Community Investment
The Community Investment Committee conducts an annual review of agency requests for funding. Each member heads a Community Review Panel to review each program and agency thoroughly. This committee makes the final recommendation our Board of Trustees for the annual allocation of funds.
Time investment: 2-3 hours per week from January-February

Community Review Panels
Community Review Panels review program applications submitted for funding. Panels are comprised of 5-10 community volunteers who are interested in learning more about the programs funded by United Way of Cass-Clay.

Day of Caring is an exciting opportunity for volunteer and community service activity in the Cass-Clay area.

Employee Campaign Coordinator
The Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC) is responsible for conducting the annual campaign within his or her organization. The ECC puts together a campaign team to plan and implement the employee campaign. Campaign resources and training are available through the United Way of Cass-Clay.
Time investment: 1-3 hours per week from August-December

Human Resources Committee
The Human Resources Committee is responsible for assisting the president in the development of personnel policies and procedures for United Way of Cass-Clay staff. Areas of responsibility include employee policies, ethics policies, employee evaluation instruments, compensation issues and grievance procedures.
Time investment: The committee typically meets quarterly or as needed

Loaned Executive
The Loaned Executive Program is a unique professional and personal development opportunity for employees with executive potential. They are "loaned" to United Way to visit area businesses and educate others about United Way. The experience allows LE’s to learn new sales techniques, build public speaking skills and develop time management best practices. They also gain an expanded network of business contacts and peers.
Time investment: 2-3 hours per week from August - December through United Way Campaign

Marketing Committee
Marketing Committee volunteers work with the Communications Director to provide advice, counsel and assistance in marketing, media relations, graphic design, publications and special events. While most Marketing volunteers are professionally involved in these areas, there are opportunities for non-professionals, as well.
