Marcus and Connor's story
Books offer many benefits
Jennifer's two sons, Marcus (4) and Connor (2), receive a free book every month thanks to Imagination Library. This United Way of Cass-Clay funded program gives children the opportunity to enhance their reading skills one book at a time. Marcus and Connor have something to look forward to every month, with a new book and more quality time to spend with mom and dad. "The program is wonderful," Jennifer says, "Not only is reading to your children good for their developmental skills, but it is also a bonding experience for parents and children."
