IMPACT AREA: Counseling/Mental Health
Counseling
Offering comprehensive counseling services for individuals (youth and adults) and families on a wide variety of issues.

Truancy Intervention Program (TIP)
TIP is an early intervention program with the focus of increasing academic success and communication with the school, as well as decreasing absences and court referrals. TIP uses family advocates to meet with the students and families to address attendance concerns.  Intervention with the student is progressively invasive, depending on his or her school attendance.

IMPACT AREA: Mentorship
Big Brother Big Sister Program
Matching adults with youth in a mentoring program that has been proven to aid children's development in many areas.  Bigs and Littles spend time together doing a variety of activities meant to offer support and friendship.  The School Based Mentoring Program matches adult mentors with youth in the child's school to help the child become more confident and productive.

IMPACT AREA: Children's Needs
Nokomis Child Care Center (Educational Child Care and Parent Education) Child-care especially for families needing support because of special circumstances.  Special focus on low-income families, single parents, children in need of protective services and children whose parents are developmentally challenged.
