Provides affordable, convenient and easily accessible comprehensive human services to rural Clay County youth, families and individuals to enhance opportunities for success in school, family life and community living.

Coordinates volunteers from the community to provide support for all operations of REACH. Many volunteers are also recipients of REACH's services.
