Leadership Giving is the Key
A leadership giver is an individual or a family who donates $600 or more annually. This leading by example sets the tone for the entire campaign. Leadership Givers become members of our Key Club, and are recognized at the following levels.
- Tocqueville Society $10,000 or more
- Platinum Key $5,000 or more
- Gold Key $2,400 or more
- Silver Key $1,200 or more
- Bronze Key $600 or more
Key Club was created to recognize those in our community who lead by example with their gifts to United Way of Cass-Clay. Spouse’s gifts can be combined to qualify for Key Club membership. Key Club members are recognized annually in our publication, “Leaders in Giving.”
What is the Tocqueville Society?
Created by United Way of America in 1984, the national Tocqueville Society recognizes major gifts as a way to involve and deepen the understanding, commitment and support of individuals to United Way. Recipients of the Tocqueville Society award exemplify this deep commitment to service.
Why give to United Way?
When you give to United Way of Cass-Clay, you can be confident your dollars will be used in areas that have the greatest community need and impact. And that’s not just a perception; it’s a measurement. Volunteers carefully review and monitor each program your gift supports, holding programs accountable year-round. Every program must deliver positive, measurable results to maintain funding.
